This is an old Rivarossi HO Heisler which was regauged to On3 and has a V&T Shops conversion kit installed. This was the same Heisler I built the cab for.
The early Rivarossi Heisler only had 4 wheel electrical pickup and had trouble with unpowered frogs and dirty track.

To install wipers to all wheels I removed the spring disks that transmit electrical power from the axles to the rims of 2 wheels per truck.
For each side of each truck I fabricated a T shaped mount for 2 1/32" X 5/16" .003" bronze wipers.

The mount and 2 wipers were clamped to a piece of wood and soldered

A wire was soldered to each assembly and temporarily glued to the truck.

A thin brass washer was filed to fit into the truck frame and soldered to each wiper mount.

A spring is used to keep the assembly in place.

The bottom cover was re-installed and the wires run to the motor.

The original Rivarossi brake detail was glued to the PC bracket.
